"Single-cell repertoire analysis" allows for the examination of TCR/BCR expression at the single-cell level by assigning different barcodes to the mRNA of individual T cells/B cells. In standard repertoire analysis, TCR/BCR expression is comprehensively analyzed across all cells, but this analysis can detect repertoire expression with high sensitivity for each cell, and it is also capable of detecting combinations of TCR/BCR dimer sequences. Additionally, single-cell 5' RNA-Seq can also be performed.
